It's time for the chorus, and it's not a good one. The guy's got a lot of work to do, and he's still not getting it all together. He's also not playing the parts he needs to, because he doesn't know how to play the parts well enough. Oh, and by the way, this is the guy who said they'd be playing at the school fair, which is two weeks away. Yup, that's right, two weeks before the fair starts. The dude's bummed out that he still can't get it together, but he promises to fix it by the time the fair rolls around. He tells the guy to take a bath, because the water's going to get cold soon. He also tells the dude to be nice to Yuu--he's been practicing the bass so late that he'd never been so devoted to something before. Yuu says he'll change out of his clothes and towel for him, and the dude agrees. He says Yuu's eyes were intense the other day, which makes him feel manly for the first time in a long time. He then tells Yuu that he loves him for practicing so late, and that he thinks that he hates losing, just like his dad. But, he says, you have to do your best to show that you're rooting for Yuu, too, because losing is just like losing your dad. He thanks Yuu for playing the chorus right, and says that if he just tries playing the bass again, he can do it, too.
