About This Chapter
Back at the governor's office, Duan and his men have subdued the two men who were planning to set a fire. They've also tasered the secretary, who's also trying to stop the fire. Duan is worried that the policewoman won't find him, so he has to get out of the front door. He asks the secretary if he's met with the woman, and she says she hasn't. He then asks the youth center why they're back at the culture center, and they all say they've been seeing things. He's not fooled, and he tells them to go back to the city center. The police officer tells Duan to relax, because the police are on a case, and there's a suspicious person lurking in the building. He tells the men to go left and right, and Duan says he'll go right. The governor and the police officer smell something burning, and the governor says he smells it too. He orders the children to get away from the building, but Duan tells him to go to the secretary.
