Old duan admits that he is the underground boxer, but when a horde of police breaks into sinful city, he is arrested for possession of drugs. He tells the police that he knows the location of his secret chamber, but he does not know why he would go to the dock to wait. The rest of the gang disperses, and the police are left alone to search for the escapee. The doctor and the captain are sent to search the area, and old duan tells them that he has nothing personal against them, but that he must fight them now. He reminds them that 10 years ago they set the culture center on fire, and that they will settle the matter there and now too
