In this short scene, we learn that White Fang has lost all sense of reason and is considering giving up his drug business. We learn that he has adopted a daughter and a wife out of the blue, and that the woman who called him "sura" did not know that he was an assassin. We also learn that the white bear did not intend to kill the ocean at first, but then changed his mind when he saw that it was snowing. White Fang asks if they are going to the airport on this day, and he tells him that he is driving them there. He also tells White Fang that he saved his life when he first started out, and asks if he has any idea why they are leaving the highway.
