Ming Ma and Duan are hypnotized by Yuer, but they are not allowed into the venue. A family friend of Yuer's tells them that there is a family emergency, so they should let the parents pick her up. The children in the audience are confused as to where Yuer has gone, and they are afraid that they will not be able to recognize Ming Ma as her father. They decide to go back later to retrieve her bag.
