The captain says that the voice he hears is not Dr. Coppelius, but the voice of the prime minister. The prime minister asks the captain if there is a way to get rid of the waste from the Dai-Ichiba plant. The Prime Minister says that he will resign the House of Representative on the following day. The Captain says that they need to go to the spent fuel pool at the Daiba plant. If the water level is not too high, they should be able to get to the reactor. He also says that if they want to destroy the plant's sarcophagus, they'll have to go there too
