Meanwhile, back at the command post, Mishima and his men are trying to figure out what's going on. Mishima tells them that he was the one who rescued the co-opter yesterday, and he's in pretty bad shape. He's been living in the area for 20 years now, but the radiation has gotten so bad that he can't communicate with anyone. He tells Mishima that they have to gather as much information as they can before Mishima dies. He says that Mishima is hiding something, but Mishima doesn't know what it is. He and Mishima head off to find the wolf.
