Act.14 opens in a dark hospital in Yokohama, Japan, where Hirohito is being treated for his wounds. He is still alive, however, and the group is worried that he will die soon. They are also worried that the radiation from the Volcano will continue to increase, which will make it difficult for them to reach haneda. Nomura arrives in Yokohama and tells the group that the black wings of the Mishima are being controlled by a device called a "GPS" , which can only be used during flight. He also tells them that Dr. Coppelius has disappeared. The group decides that they will use a missile to hit the black wing drone.
