Hiroyuki tells us that the wind is moving east, which means that the meeting will have to take place in the next few hours. He also says that the summit has yet to come to an agreement on how to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. He says that he has been saying for a long time that they have to address the issue of climate change, but that wind power will not be able to produce enough electricity to power the meeting. He adds that the region of Hokuriku is empty, and that they could turn it into an island where wind turbines could be set up. The narrator says that it's his fault that the Ozu sisters bully him, because he always smiles and pretends to be happy.
