Ibara and Yon go to the battle, and Yon tells them that he's ready to die. Yon tells Ibara that they're going to have to cut the engines of the flying machine before they can get to the spider. Ibara tells Yon that she's going to kill him before he can do anything to her, so she'll snip off the wires that hold her in place. Yon says he'll take a chopper and chase after the spider, but Ibara says they'll have to wait until they've got the heck out of the way. Yon and Ibara run off to find a way to stop the spider from catching them.
