In this chapter, we are introduced to the sexy sisters, a group of female soldiers who are assigned to intercept the disguised Dr. Coppelius and his female accomplices. The men's goal is to capture the disguised co-conspirators, but they have no way of doing so, since they will not be able to hand over the captured girls to the representative of the Emperor. The lieutenant, however, has another idea: he wants to find a secret place where they can hide yellow cake, a symbol of prostitution. He decides to look for a place with electricity, but he can't figure out how to hack into the Ministry of Defense's password-protected system. As he searches for the secret place, he realizes that he has found the only person who knows how to use the Ministry's secret system: the lieutenant's private messenger, "mushanokoji." The lieutenant wonders if there is something he can do, too, since the girls are so brave.
