The diversion team prepares to engage the enemy in the city, but Mishima interrupts them to report that the enemy is on the move. Mishima tells his sister that a pregnant girl is among the enemy fighters, and that she must be able to give birth soon. She tells Mishima that she has received a message from Naruse asking for an evac to Shinjuku, and Mishima is puzzled as to why she would use the secret telephone line to contact them. He tells her that the vp will let them do their thing, and they gather everyone together to prepare for the attack. They plan to lure the first division to the train station at Mitaka, and then move to the east station to meet up with the second division.
