The scene opens with the news that the second division rescue team has arrived at Tokyo. The third division will take over the command of the genryu if the operation fails. Mishima is all, "What the heck is going on here?" He's sure that the Prime Minister has gone missing. The entire base is apoplectic, and Mishima can't believe what he's just witnessed. He tells the other men to stand by for Mishima's signal, and he'll meet them at the dock. The other men stand by, too, but Mishima tells them to be quiet. The Prime Minister is on his way to the ship, and they'll see him in haneda.
