Ibara and Mr. Akiko are on their way to the city of shibuya, and they're surprised to find that they've run into a shelter car. They're going to have to take a different vehicle to get there, so Ibara suggests that they dress up in black and go to the town's famous department store. Ibara is all, "what's you spacing out" , and Ibara says, "dress black the surest suits store par-the-streets they'd flooded it'd be so pretty that the ca it was a fantastical story, really ." Ibara's not having any of this. She says that she's opened her eyes to a parallel world, and now she can't see the same city again. She's so happy to see all the fish and plants in the city, and she thinks that they might be able to get an evac chopper to get them out of the city before it's too late. She tells Ibara not to worry, because they'll all lose their lives in this parallel world.
