This chapter opens with a description of the meeting between the demon king and the lord shadow. The demon king thanks the lord for introducing him to the group. He tells the lord that he will discuss the matter with the king as soon as he can. The king asks the lord what he thinks of hell emperor. The lord tells him that hell emperor is a " cocky and self-important guy" . He compares hell emperor to the blue dragon chu feng, who was a weakling at the beginning, but then he was able to rise to the status of an emperor by the time he was five hundred years old. The two men discuss the similarities between them. The dragon tells the king that he is one of the "great devil emperors" , which means he is an idiot. He says that he knows that the two men are from outer space, and that they share the same ancestor. He asks the king if he knows what happened when he was a kid, and the king says he doesn't know. When the king asks about the food, he says that the food is good, and they are eating right now. He adds that the group of sharks attacked them, but they decided to return because they were worried about a wrong being done to them. He wonders if they are guarding something under the water, and he asks if they would take care of him.
