The real estate agent, Lin Tanhua, tries to calm the family down. He tells them that they should not worry about selling the house because he still has a daughter. He warns them that if they do not sign the contract, they will not be able to locate their daughter. Lin tells the family that he will make them some "big gorillas" for their trouble. He then tells them to stop pretending that they know how to raise a child.
