The young protagonist then asks his mother if she can buy ice cream at the food court, and his mother says that she can, but that she has not been able to buy it for a long time. He then asks her if she saw his five-year-old daughter, who he says is currently lost. She says that her daughter is around 5 feet tall and has two ponytails. He says that his daughter could have been kidnapped, but he doesn't think that would be possible. He suggests that the mall be locked down and that the police should be called. He also asks if his daughter's cell phone has a picture of her.
