Caixin asks him to help her break the curse, but the demon king says that he can do whatever he likes to Caixin, and he will not interfere. The father tells Caixin that he misses his mommy, and that he will definitely bring her back. The two men exit, and Caixin tells the father that the men are surprisingly skilled at breaking the curse.
