The green dragon tells the hell emperor that he's here to tell him that he can now use his power to help him. He's got a message for the emperor: he can use his powers to help you, too. He wants to know if you're willing to take on some of his missions with him. The emperor says that's fine, he'll do whatever he wants with the other three guys. He doesn't need anyone else to do the job for him. Just like the green dragon, the emperor says, the human body can't absorb the power of a demon beast. So the emperor tells the emperor to cut the crap and go back to his wife, who's doing really well.
