In this chapter, we learn that the Pandas have grown up and are ready to take on the Golden Crows. The Pandas' father tells them that they are too weak to fight each other, but Pandas wants to join them anyway. Pandas asks which of them wants to fight him, and Pandas tells them to come at him together and pick him up. He asks them to stop pretending that they don't want to fight, because he has a request. He wants the tribe to be free from the rule that they have to hunt and kill foxes.
