In this chapter, we learn that the jewel that was stolen from hell has brought about a lot of turbulence in hell, and that the temple of Hell and the demon beasts have suffered a lot. Instead of killing himself, we'd like to hand him over to the beasts. He's got a lot to lose, he tells us, because he's become the enemy of all of hell. The only way he can get rid of himself, he says, is to tell the demon about the jewel's theft. He also tells us that he'll die in the snow tribe, which is the tribe of the crow tribe, after they've taken him in. He says that he wants revenge, and he wants to die in order to get it.
