The Emperor of Heaven tells the story of how he became the ruler of heaven after his father's death. A young man challenged him, but the Emperor killed him and sealed his soul in hell. Someone broke the seal and the Emperor was able to free his soul. The Emperor says he was tracking down the man who broke his seal, but he could not find him until recently. He says he is a little brother to him, and that he will help him go to heaven. The Chief of the Crow tribe and his sister thank the Emperor and his family for their help.
