In this chapter, Shreiber gives us a brief account of the snow Empress's abilities. He tells us that she has the ability to move in pairs, and that she is able to communicate with her opponent through the air. She is also able to move through the snow with her sword, which is the most powerful sword in the world. She can also move with her hand, and she can move with both feet. Shreier also tells the reader that the Snow Empress was able to use the famous three ultimate techniques to defeat him.
