He lost his sight when he was a young man, and now he can finally stand up and tell the truth. He doesn't like the way things are being played out. The troops are using wires and signals to communicate with each other, but they're also using a special kind of claymore to hold back the other troops, so the more hostages they can hold, the more they can control the situation. The only way to stop this is to use a special type of armored vehicle to surround the troops.
