This chapter's epigraph comes from the opening lines of Act IV, Scene 1 of the play. It's a quote from the play's opening lines: "When I pushed his way in my hearts, when my heart and mind are wrenching, with one enormous step, . . shattered my armor." This is the first time we've heard this line, and it's important to note that this quote is from the very first line of this chapter. It says something like "when I pushed my way into my hearts" .
