It's been 236 days since Masha and Alek left for Europe to play a game of soccer, and Alek is now back in the States. He's still wearing the same clothes he was wearing when he left, and he's obsessed with the fact that his mom and dad are still alive. Masha thinks Alek's family is unhappy, but she can't figure out why they're so unhappy. She's not sure if Alek really loved her, and she doesn't know if he even loved her.
