The second half begins with a quick kick from the gate. It's clear that Mishima and Co. are on the move. They've got a lot of men on the field, and they're trying to get the ball away from the refs. The refs don't seem to have much of an idea of what's going on, and Mishima can't figure out a way to stop them. Mishima's a little worried, but he's not worried about it. He's just worried about getting back to his job. He thinks that the manager is a better manager than Mishima, and he'd like to know why he cant catch Mishima on the run. He also thinks Mishima has a bad back heel, which is why he doesn't have a good chance of catching Mishima. He wonders why Mishima didn't run after him, and wonders why the ref didn' t charge after Mishima instead of letting him pass by. He knows Mishima is a good player, but Mishima isn't one to be scared of the referees. He tells Mishima that if he were him, he wouldn't hesitate to pass the ball to Mishima if he saw him pass to him. He says Mishima should have been able to catch the ball before it got away from him, too, because the ref touched it before Mishima could get it back. He goes on to say that the ref's job is to stop the attackers, not to catch them on the break. He points out that the second half of the game is going to be even more aggressive than the first half, because Mishima will be able to get away with a lot more than he was able to do in the first.
