About This Chapter
At the beginning of the second half of the game, Mizuki is worried about his team's upcoming match against Ozryan Tomorrow. He's worried that he's being watched by someone who's just come to see him. Mizuki tries to cheer him up, but he can't get over the fact that he sold him out. He tells Mizuki to stop clowning around and just go out there and play the game. He thinks he'll be able to cheer the team on again tomorrow. But Mizuki doesn't know what to make of this. He just wants to know what's going on. He notices that Mizuki seems impressed with three things: his solid play, his flexibility, and his "person ally" . He also notices that he has a "sense of humor" , which Mizuki thinks is a big plus. He asks Mizuki if it's him, or if this guy is "kind of a moron." Mizuki tells him that he wants him to come out and play for the team right now. He says that he can give Mizuki fewer chances to play if he keeps playing the way he is. He wants to make sure that the team wins, and Mizuki says that's the only way he can do that. He admits that he loses a lot of sleep worrying about other guys' talent, and he wants to prove that his talent is still there. He knows that he won't ever be as valuable as he thinks he is, so he says he'd better get it straight. He reminds Mizuki that the last time he tried to recruit him, the guy turned him down.
