Akashi asks Lily if she thinks she's doing the right thing by killing all the people in the world in the name of justification. She says that she has already accepted him, and that she can't do the same to him now. Akashi tells Lily that if she gives him either of the next two cards, she'll die. He tells her that he'll be left with the "joker" , meaning game over, if she doesn't leave the game now. He says that he wishes he could have lived his entire life to the point of death, in order to be with someone else. Lily says that's fine, but she also says that sins are sins in someone else's past. She asks if he still wants to follow her, and he says that with his past, he wants her to follow him. If she wants to live, he says, then give him your life. She tells him that she wants him to see her again, but that he never gave her much as a look. She's not lonely, she says, because she can believe that he still believes in her. She also tells him to forget about the past, and to listen to her heart. If he truly wants to die, he should give him that life
