He says that he can see everything in the world because he has "peripheral vision" , which is the ability to see the movement of objects around him. Akashi says that if you think that it's all that it takes to be a great passer, you're wrong. He tells us he'd be the best attacker in the whole world if he could just do what he wants with the things he loves. He explains that he just has to use what he loves to do, and he can do whatever he wants. He doesn't have to worry about what other people think. He can just grab the best passer and use his favorite item to do the things that he wants to do. And then he can use his "master sword" to control the entire field of play.
