In this case, it's the card that lets the queen see the numbers on the sevens. This card is the one that lets her know that she's invulnerable. This is the last trump card that the queen will ever have, and she can't lose it. The queen takes the card from akashi, but she doesn't have the time to wait for him to pick it up. Instead, she picks up the other card from another player. This means that she has to kiss the other player before she can pick up the card. The two of them would have kissed, but they didn't, so it means that they both picked up the wrong card. That's why he's so mad. He's been so caught up in kissing akashi that he forgot to think about where the "kiss" card was. He even lied to him about it, telling him that he would pass it on to him when he got it. Now that he knows that, he'll just shut his mouth and not say anything more about it. He tells the queen to just take the card, because he'd rather die than have her kiss him.
