In this chapter, we learn that the three countries of Japan, China, and the United States compete in a game called "Cops and Robbers." Each country's king is captured and executed, and each person gets an item that relates to their job in the game. Each person also learns about their abilities as they progress through the game, and they are able to capture enemies by touching their backs with special gloves. The only problem is that there are only three cells to capture, and if they capture the king, they all lose. Everyone is worried that the king will die in the fight, but he insists that he will fight anyway. He tells everyone that he is the only one who understands him right now, and he wants everyone to protect the school. He asks everyone to defend the school, and everyone agrees to do so.
