Shumiao tells the others that they're all alive, and he orders them some food. He's surprised that they all woke up so quickly, because he thought they'd all died in the hallucination. He also tells them that he's the first one to crack the hallucination, and that's because he put a spy on the stone in the middle of the room. He says that he thinks killing evil spirits is the best way to do it, but then he points out that the word "Meanwhile" was written on one of the stones, which means "I'm still alive" . He thinks that if they could prove that the stone was real, then they would be able to prove that they were in the real world, which is why they didn't kill the stone. They're afraid of death, he says, because they don't know if the stone is real or not. He wonders why they couldn't see anything on the monitor, and wonders where he got the flower. He can't believe that he was eliminated so quickly.
