The monk explains that he has come to confirm the existence of the "immortal devil" . The monk says that he is 24 years old and has been exorcising the "most dreadful demon" in the country for the past 20 years. He tells the monk that his master sent him here to give the monk a gift. He says that the monk is here to help Queen Lawen escape from the island ruled out by the government for 20 years because the island is too large for the demon to inhabit. He adds that he hopes the monk will be able to help her escape because she has a 12 year old daughter who looks like she hasnt made up her mind yet. He asks the monk if he can join forces with the monk to help the queen escape.
