The scene opens with a flashback to the night before, when Ling-Lin bought a box of food for the two of them. When the food arrives, the two are shocked to find that the food has turned out to be bad. The food is so good that they eat it all, even though the food contains bad ingredients. Ling-Ling tries to convince the two to eat the food, but they refuse. He tells them that he has had no period for the past month, and that he took medicine for it. He says that he thinks he has a fishbone lodged in his throat, and they decide to go see the doctor. He explains that he will not be able to dance with the duo that afternoon because he is visiting , but he will go with them to the hospital to see "feng" . He blames himself for dragging him into the whole thing, and he apologizes to the duo later in the evening. He is disappointed to find out that the pregnancy test is wrong, but feels that it must be a joke, because all three times he has taken the test, he has been pregnant with the same child. He wonders if he will have to bear the child for the "feng family" , and wonders how he could care about such a child.
