The next morning, the young master goes out to buy some hygiene products for his girlfriend. He has no idea what he's doing, and he doesn't want her to find out about it. He's worried that if he tells her and anna about it, they'll blame him for it. The young master wonders where the other young master is, and wonders why he told her to write down everything she needs. He wonders if the other master is hotheaded, and worries that he'll be blamed for his brother's infidelity. He also wonders if anna is making excuses for her husband again. The housekeeper tells him that she takes care of her husband every day, and that he eats very little. He looks at her every day and refuses to eat. This is not healthy for his health, she says, and it's hard to act healthy when you're looking at a picture of someone else refusing to eat or giving up on yourself. She wonders if he'd faked being sick to be in front of her, and she wonders why rich people would do that. She also wonders why a rich man would go out in the rain to buy such a thing as a hygiene product for a girlfriend.
