In front of the prince, the demon tells him about the nine sons of the dragon emperor. He doesn't know who of them survived. He's looking for one of them, but he's narrowed his search down to one. He thanks the chongming-house for helping him find one of the sons. The demon tells the prince that they're the elders of the day-hunting and night-hunting species, and that he can sense some tension between their families. The two men agree that chong-ming house is the best way to protect the world from mysterious space. They also agree that the new space is not connected to the rest of the world, which is why it's hard for them to control it.
