The next morning, Hirokazu finds himself in a strange state of mind. He has caught a cold and is unable to sleep. He tells his friend that he has been in love with a woman who looks exactly like him. The girl is in a coma, and Hiroki guesses that the woman is the former assistant of his mistress, who has been locked up in the same room.
