It's election day, and we find out that Persuaded is in love with a guy named Juliet, and that he's from the same school as Inuzuka's ex-boyfriend, Romio. In fact, the two of them have been secretly hanging out together in the school's black-doghouse grounds for the past year. In the midst of all of this, we catch a glimpse of what's actually going down between the two students. It turns out that they're actually in love, and they've been pretending to be each other's friends for a whole year now. In a soliloquy, we learn that this is all part of a plan to get in on the secret of the two girls' love life. In other words, they'll pretend to be friends in order to get into the school, but in reality, they just want to hang out with each other and have sex. That's how they got into this mess in the first place. They're not going to change their ways, though, and neither of them is going to be able to get out of it. They can't even change the world, they say, because the world is made up of people who are only interested in their own self-interest. In this way, it's the first step in changing the world for the better.
