He tells her that he doesn't want to go into the cafe to harass people like Scott. The girl tells him that she's a girl, and the boy says that she looks like a girl. He says that he nailed the kimono open so that she wouldn't be able to see him. He also says that they've got a black kid who's smoking, and that's why they have to hide in the cafe because it's illegal for them to smoke. He then says that inuzuka is forcing the girl to dress like a boy in order to look like him, and he says that this explains everything.
