It's been a while since Hiroshi has been away from home, and now he's back at boarding school. He's happy to be back, and he tells Hiroshi that he'd like to take a tour of the town with his sister. Hiroshi says that he always assumed that his sister would have feelings for him, and that's why he didn't even think about it when he first arrived in the country. He thanks his sister for her kindness, and she invites him to come along for a tour with her. He tells her that he can't wait to see all of the sights in the town. He also tells her about how his sister is like a "sister to me" , and how she's protected him better than anyone else in the household. He doesn't know why he ever thought about it, but he says it's just like a sister-in-law to him. He and his sister leave Hiroshi alone on the floor, and Hiroshi asks his sister to leave him the item that Hiroshi left behind on the road. He says he'll return it the next time he sees it, and then he scolds Hiroshi for being so rude to him, saying that kids these days are "terrified to tmp" . He reminds his sister that he brought a lot of trouble to Hiroshi's brother, and it would have been much worse if Hiroshi had died, so he wants to take full responsibility for this. He promises to take care of Hiroshi by offering up his life, but Hiroshi reminds him that he owes a lot to his family, especially to his brother and sister.
