Back at the boarding school, Scott and Emma are in the middle of a fight over who gets to stay in the school's "black doggie" dorm. They're both in love with each other, but they don't know where they're supposed to be going. Emma is worried that someone will find out about her and Scott's secret relationship, but she's not worried about that. She's just worried about what's going to happen if she and Scott are found out. She wants to know why they brought her blood type, and why she brought her dog's blood type . She doesn't want to be thought of as a clingy person, and she wants to spend time with her. She also wants to give him a gift: a rosary, which is proof of their relationship. She tells him that they can't sell the rosary at the co-op because that woman is "some kind of devil" , and that they need to clean up after her "wimpy butt" . Emma tells him to chill out a bit, but he won't listen. He wants to go back to Europe.
