This chapter opens with a discussion of the "virtual celestial formation" that controls a 2km radius around the venue of the meeting. The audience at the beginning of the chapter is shocked to hear that the meeting will take place in such a small space. The elder , who is the head of the sect, tells the audience that his wife has told him that nothing good will happen to him if he does not leave the holy council. He asks the audience not to worry about him, since he has survived his own merits. He tells them that three months ago, the East Saint came to his sect with a girl with a mind injury. The old man started to whisper to him about the girl, and he saw that she was suffering from the injury to her mind. He says that the girl is "sparing" about her mind, and that she needs to be brought out from the sect. He thanks the elder for taking good care of him during this time, and says that he is grateful that the sect did not take him away. He is afraid that he will be in the same place again after he awakes.
