In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, the "Sulper." He is a kind of super-villain. He's super-powerful, super-smart, and super-interested in the latest developments in science and technology. We learn that he's a member of the Chaos Society, which is a group of scientists and engineers who've been trying to figure out how to harness the power of the universe's nine star cores. The idea is that if you can harness these cores, you'll be able to create new life forms out of nothing. The Chaos Society has been working on this idea for thousands of years, but it hasn't been successful. In fact, it's only been the last ten thousand years that the universe has been able to harness its own power. In other words, there's no point in trying to create a new civilization if you don't already have one. The only way to harness this new power is to make it your own. This is the first time we've heard of this idea, and we're not sure what it means. We're guessing that it means that you've already created a bunch of new civilizations, and that's why you're trying to harness their power. The next time we hear about this, we'll hear about the "heaven burning war" , which was a war between heaven and earth that lasted for a thousand years. Four of the five civilizations that were created during this war died, and the other three chose to hide. The other three civilizations didn't survive, so they went back to their old ways. The last time we heard about this kind of war, it was
