In this short scene, we learn that the ice cicada is an insect controller, and that he is trying to control the frosty moon realm. He is also trying to suppress the soul of Rasul, who is a heavenly being. The ice cicadas are divided into four levels: soldier, spirit, ghost, and evil and disaster. The first level is the realm of darkness, where Rasul lives; the second level is that of the sun, where he lives; and the third level is those of the moon, where his life is. Rasul tries to suppress his soul, but he is unable to do so because he has no magic weapon. He asks for 5,000 spiritual stones, which he will give to Rasul in return for his help.
