He tells the guy that he will take him to the hospital, where he will be treated for his injuries. He also tells him that if he wants to see Lilia again, he will need to be at least a hundred times stronger than she is now. The pitter says that he has never been in a situation like this before. He says that the only difference between the two is that Lilia stayed in a deep sleep after the explosion. He asks if they can talk somewhere else, but he can't because he's worried that they're going to get into a fight before he can find out what's going on with the police. He suggests that they take him under the protection of a special agency, such as ninjas, freaks, and the like, and offer him privileges and status. He then asks the pitter if he'd like to continue their conversation if he can get some reliable information.
