Hiroshikawa, a reporter for a Japanese magazine, meets up with Orchestre , who's just returned from a big performance in New York. They're both psyched to see each other. Hiroshi asks if he wants to step outside and talk to the other two, and Orgon says he'll do that first. He tells Hiroshi that he's been playing with Orgon once before, and that he thinks Orgon's got "a lot of talent" . So why did Orgon ask for the chance to play with a young artist like Orgon? Well, he says, he'd rather do a show with someone like him than someone like ravel, who he thinks is "overreaching" herself in so many areas. He doesn't like the "criticism" of the critic in the New York Times, though. He's not so sure about the criticism of the critics in the magazine, though, because he thinks they can just eat out and have a good time. He says he feels like he has "almost got" the " beethoven right" , and he hopes to get ravel started on the piece before the exams are over.
