It's summer, and all four of the kids have to go to a music festival. So they're going to hang out together and have a good time. They're all wearing their summer clothes, so they don't need to wear their extra clothes. The only thing that's weird about this whole thing is that the kids are all wearing extra clothes, which is weird because they've all been on vacation for the last few weeks. But hey, it's all part of the fun of being a kid in Japan. The kids are psyched to be hanging out together, and they all agree that they'd like to go on a fishing trip together. They all head out to the island, and the narrator tells us that he's going to try to get a tan and get a "light tan" . He's also going to go out on a boat and look at the island. The narrator is all, "dude, I'm going to row a boat out there to see the island." He'll try to make sure that the boat is pointed so that the sun doesn't get in the way, and he'll also try to use the strongest sun-screen lotion on the boat so that it won't be exposed to the elements. The guys are psyched, but the narrator isn't having it. He tells them that they can't go on the island with him, because he and chiaki are the only ones who can go on such a trip. He also tells them to stop trying to be friends with him and to just go away from the sea.
