In this short scene, we learn that the two of them met at a castle in Saint Malo, Italy. They're now planning to move to a new apartment in the city, and they're both looking for a place to live. The piano room in the castle isn't really big enough for a big piano, but it's also not too far away from the opera house, so they'll have plenty of space to set up their new digs.
