He adds that there are refugees from the city who practice martial arts, but that they don't share the blood of the dragon. He says that a child they found outside of the city is a dragon-user, and that she was abandoned by the family. The father asks if the instructor used the demonic flame, which is a special kind of power that can take on the shape of a fire. He explains that the family uses a special medicine to control the flame, so that when the flame is focused on the body, it will be unstoppable.
